Be Still.....

The Guilt HAS to END...You are Sovereign

I have loved being a mother and grandmother.  Being able to receive this gift from Heaven has been one of my greatest joys in life.  My daughter told me the other day that my little Nova was so excited to be at my place when she is sad.  She said that Nana loves when I cry!  She loves it because she loves making me happy.  At first we were all a little confused, but the more I thought about it, the more truth I recognized.  I love to go find my little ones when they run hiding in the bedroom, slamming the door angry at the world.  I love gently touching their head and feeling them crawl up into my arms while I hold them close.  I love the way they snuggle into my shoulder and allow me to feel their heartbeat against mine.  I love helping them find that quiet space inside of themselves and become centered again.  I love being vulnerable and allowing them into my heart.

I have been blessed with exceeding joy in my lifetime and an abundance that I try never to take for granted.  I have also had my share of challenges, that I pray I have faced with love and perseverance.  I am far from perfect and so I am certain that there have been times when I have fallen far short.

We moved to Utah this last time when my youngest daughter was going to be a senior.  A new place, new friends, and a new High School.  After high school she decided she wanted to be a nanny for a year.  She loves children almost as much as I do and I fully supported her.  I always wanted to be in Young Women's with my two older daughters, but was never given the opportunity, something that always made me sad.  When they put me in, and I was able to go to girls camp I was so excited.  What I was not prepared for were the lessons that I had to sit through on Sunday.

Every other lesson was on Chastity.  All I heard was, boys are yucky, stay away from boys, now go get married and have babies.  It's no wonder our kids are so confused.

A friend pointed out several quotes to me the other day, the level of vulgarity and falseness spoke to me, and not in a good way.

I cannot express how repulsive I find these quotes to be from our so called "Spiritual Leaders"

Would you like to know what a youth's most precious possession is?  It is their knowledge that they are loved, without reservation.  That it is not based on performance or their actions.  That they are loved because they are a son or daughter of God.  Period.  Who in their right mind would tell someone that they would be better off dead than having an earthy experience, which by the way is why the hell we are all on this planet in the first place.  Heaven forbid, we actually have a mortal experience and exercise our agency. After doing some research I came across some quotes that were given to the adults who seem to be just as messed up as the youth.  I remember hearing about my parents going in for their temple recommend interviews.  My dad got up and walked out.  Apparently the Stake leaders had been advised that some of the questions could be changed, and they wanted specifics about their activities in the bedroom.  Can you say Unrighteous Dominion??  When I heard about this years later, I was so damn proud of my father for walking out.

How about we start understanding that these are "Policy" and have absolutely nothing to do with "Doctrine" and lay off of the guilt, fear and control that is rampant within the church today.

There is a book that I detest.  It was very popular not so long ago, and many families had a copy.  Most bishops gave reading assignments out of it if anyone happened to gain the courage to go and speak with them about personal challenges that they might be facing.  This book does nothing to lead anyone on the path of actual forgiveness, and in fact does the opposite while bolstering the negative energies of Guilt and Shame...two of the lowest vibrations in the Universe.

One day my daughter called me into her bedroom, and after a while, through tears she told me that she was pregnant.  It was one of those moments that can either break your heart or make one stronger.  Without hesitation, I expressed my love for her, which would not and did not change.  I remember her asking if she would have to find somewhere else to live.  Through tears I told her that I would support her in any way.  If she chose to keep the baby and raise it I would be there.  If she decided to marry the boy, I would support her.  If she decided to place the baby for adoption, I would support her.  NO MATTER WHAT.....I WOULD SUPPORT HER!

There were many that judged during this time.  She was worried that her father would kick her out.  That her siblings would judge her, that  she would never be able to move past this and be happy.  This was not the case, and we are better and stronger and more loving and forgiving because we refused to listen to those that profess to know best.  We loved each other through this a day at a time.

This is my joy, and two of these little miracles are the result. The Lord blessed her with two beautiful perfect little spirits, that I love with all my heart.  I would not change a thing.

It's time to stop using guilt and fear as a control method.   It does not work.  Anytime I hear even a hint of guilt and fear, I know from where it comes, and it is not from God.  If you are using these modalities to gain control you may want to check yourself.  You are not of the light.

You will never convince me that the loving Father and Mother in Heaven that I know would ever use guilt, fear and coercion.  That is not how the heavens operate.  They operate on love, and acceptance, and yes consequences.  But most of all,  always with Sovereignty.  They love it when they can come and find us, raising us up and helping us heal and become whole.  Showing us what our divine potential truly looks like.

Ask them to show you....you might like what you see.  I promise you with a sure knowledge, that there will be no guilt or shame, only love.  Time to release these lower level vibrations and climb.  It is past time.

 WE ARE INDEED ROYALTY

Monday, January 4, 2021

Oh wake up you sleeping giant!

And His blood has ransomed people for God
From every tribe and language, people, every nation
Where warriors have fallen there’s a resurrection coming
It’s your time to rise and shine!
Oh wake up you sleeping giant!

The wounds of injustice are being healed by the peace
Of Yahweh! Whose bringing us power through unity
Where warriors have fallen there’s a resurrection coming
Dry bones dry bones come alive,
Yeah wake up you sleeping giant

Pre Chorus
Your Heartbeat, I feel it
Your Heartbeat, I feel it

Chorus
Yeshua, bring us together
Bring us together,
Together we cry out for your heartbeat,
Give us Your heartbeat

V2
This is the hour to know whose side to stand by
Raise up a standard in battle for every fellow tribe
Where warriors are fighting there’s a revival igniting
Reserved for such a time,
Yeah arise, you blazing fire

Brave ones stand firm and listen to your destiny
The rhythm of our Father moves with victory!
Where warriors are fighting, there’s a revival igniting
Consume us oh God, and yeah arise, you blazing fire

Look Up....

Finally... finally able to spend some time physically with my children.  This crazy world has been a wake up call to many, including me.  My children and grandchildren bring me some of my greatest joys that I have been blessed with in this life.

The other day my daughter was trying to get my youngest grand daughter Nova, to take a nap.  After several attempts she was allowed to lie on the sofa and fell into a deep sleep.  There was much noise and business going on around her, and still she slept peacefully while life when on around her.  I love watching children sleep.  They have a beauty and peacefulness that surrounds their entire being.

I happened to be in the kitchen and saw her father come in and snuggle up against her.  He had seen her waking up and wanted to let her know that he was near.  She on the other hand was not ready to be fully awake, and did not appreciate his interfering with her intent to fall back asleep.  She did not hesitate to voice her opinion on the subject.  She does this little thing that turns into a big thing if she is not heard.  She begins with a low growl, which if unheard, turns into an even bigger growl and escalates from there.  His intentions were not to make her angry, but her unwillingness to waken could not be mistaken.

She ended up on the floor, in a little ball with her hair completely covering her face and her arms tightly surrounding her legs.  She was doing her bet to shut out everything and everyone around her.

How many of us find ourselves in this very situation at the moment?  So many of us were happily going about our days, surrounded by chaos yet happily and blissfully asleep on the sofa.  As the world began to crumble around us and the noise became more intent, a large portion of us simply wanted to go back to sleep.  Many being forced to open our eyes have curled up in a small ball with our hair covering as much as possible and our arms circling us for protection.

I will admit that staying asleep to what is taking place would be the simpler way to go, but is it the best choice.  We are at a crossroads, one that the entire world is being asked to maneuver through.    The time has passed that we can afford to stay sleeping in our state of bliss and ignorance.  Lines are being drawn and a side must be chosen.  You are being asked to awake and arise.

I found Nova in her little ball on the floor.  Instead of grabbing her off of the floor and forcing myself upon her, I gently and meekly called out to her.  She softened, and I touched her shoulder asking if I could hold her.  At first she did not move, then ever so slowly she loosed her grip on her legs and reached up for my hands.  She climbed into my arms and buried her little head into my shoulder and  wrapped her arms around my neck.  I love when she allows this to happen.  I love feeling her melt into me letting me just hold and protect her.  I love her spirit and her resolve, and her stubbornness, and I love her obedience and soft heartedness.

The adversary would love to see us stand in defiance, fighting one against the other.  It loves the fear and division that is being created among us.  It relishes in the contention and hate that is being manifest all around the world today.

God on the other hand loves when we will allow ourselves to enter into His arms, to find that safe place that only He can provide.  He is calling us, ever so quietly in this noisy world to look up, to see His face in the midst of all this confusion.  He wants to hold us in His arms.  He wants us to melt into Him.  He has promised to fight our battles if we will allow Him.  The challenge is, we must choose to wake up.

All we need to do is look, in faith, nothing wavering.

Longing for Home

Today is my grand daughters birthday. She is a beautiful little fire cracker.  She along with her mother, father, and 5 year old sister were going to be at my home this weekend.  We had lots of plans and lots of ideas, and I even had ingredients to make that special Peppa Pig birthday cake that she wants so very much.

Plans change, and life gets in the way some times and we make adjustments.  Today, she spent the day with her parents and older sister in  another city riding bikes and playing in the sunshine with her other Nana and Papa, who I am eternally grateful for.  Family is such a blessing and now more than ever I try to appreciate having people around that love me and those that I love.

In my heart I know that I will be able to hug and squeeze them again, but inside, there is a place that feels like something is missing.  Something that I might not get back.

As I have been praying for the past couple weeks, remembering my family in my prayers and asking for messengers to watch over each of my children, my eyes cannot help but become moist.  Asking for their protection in this troubled world, asking for them to be safe and to not be fearful.  Desiring for them to stay close to the spirit and to listen for that still small voice of warning....my heart aches for them and so many more.

I cannot help but wonder and ask...Father, how do you do it?  How can you send so many of your children, that you love so dearly into this world knowing what they will face.  Knowing the heartache they will endure, the difficult choices they will need to make?  The love that I have for my 4 children, and my soon to be 8 grandchildren is so great, it is difficult to imagine what He and Heavenly Mother must feel.

I do know this, I know with my limited knowledge of all that is, and the intensity of  love that burns in my heart for all my children and grandchildren and the fact that I would literally do anything in my power to keep them safe, and watched over and happy, the love that our Heavenly parents and Christ have for us is without measure.

I know that my children will soon return.  That I will make that Peppa Pig cake and I will get to squeeze that little 3 year old tight, but tonight my arms ache, and I long to be with my family.  What I really want is to be home, in heaven surrounded by all of my children and grand children and great grandchildren for all of eternity.  That is what keeps me going.  That is what makes each day worth living.  Because there really in nothing I would not do, to bring them each safely home.

Our Heavenly home is like that.  A Father and Mother that desire for us to be safe and happy and at peace.  They desire our protection from the evil of this world.  They long for us to find happiness and joy in this life and in the eternities...and there is no limit to their love for us.  Some days we get sidetracked, plans change, and we course correct. We can always know, their door is always available if we but knock. There is nothing like going home.

Where is your Peace

My hope for you in all the world
Is to find a place of peace
A place of joy, of hope, of love
where you can plant your feet

A place where life is filled
with what your heart longs for
A place where angels come and place
your path towards heaven’s door

I long to see your face again
if only for a moment
To hold your hand, to feel you near
my strength, my brother, my friend

One day I know we will meet again
where or when I do not know
I only know that I will wait
for heaven on earth once more

Vibrate Higher

I really enjoy listening to podcasts, talks, webinars...I am finding I am very auditory in my learning. What has become clear to me is that while doing this, I reach a different brain wave level that makes retention, and learning easier for me.

If we look at the world as a whole, it is made on a 3D level, which in my mind is the see, hear, touch, taste, feel world. It is very "Physical" in nature. We also know that everything is held together by energy, is made up of energy, and puts off a certain energetic vibration. It is the vibration that an item resonates at that determines it's shape. A super low vibrational item might be steel, iron, rocks...they are all very solid because vibrationally they are very slow moving and so the particles really stick together. On the other hand we have water, air, wind, that are more fluid allowing them more movement since energetically they are more vibrationally fluid.

The same can be said for emotions. Fear, hate, envy, anger, are all very low vibrationally causing us to energetically slow our vibration down often causing anxiety, discomfort and disease. While on the other hand if we take Love, Joy, kindness, empathy, and serving others these are high vibrational states and can bring about positive changes and raising the vibration of not only ourselves but the energetic vibrations of others around us, and even bringing health back to the body.

Even though we live in a 3D world, by our actions and what we eat and if we meditate and slow our minds, this allows our energy to begin to vibrate at a much higher level. Even though we live in a 3D world we hear of people that have visions, see those on the other side of what we call the veil, have angelic messengers...is this because they are vibrationally attuned to a frequency other than the 3D? I would say absolutely yes.

I think this life is not necessarily a dream state, but we vibrationally are on a planet that cannot vibrate consistently enough to keep us in a 5D + state of being. When we dream our bodies slow down enough, and depending on what we put into it from food and water to drugs and medications, we have the opportunity to "VIBRATE" out of the 3D world into higher vibrational worlds...or pierce the veil as it were. Because that is what we are doing. Our goal is to raise our vibration so that we can receive the messages given on a higher frequency.

Just like and old GPS system, or an old TV, if they don't work with the new frequencies that information is being broadcast on it will appear that they don't work. Well they work just at a lower vibration.  We are in the process of being upgraded physically, and spiritually, but like with everything else, if we don't take the opportunity to accept the upgrade, we won't be able to tune into what is being sent.

Just like my learning through my auditory frequencies, we are being infused with vibration on multiple levels every second of every day.  What frequency (ies) are you tuned into?  Are you strictly AM or have you gone Satellite?

Don't Blink....

It is so much simpler giving advice to others that it is to listen to advice from others.  So much easier to see what is, looking at another's situation that looking at our own.  Advice I would give to another, but would never assume to allow myself to see the value of.  There have had many tragedies in the lives of my kids and myself lately with accidents and losing those they love.

My oldest daughter and her husband had some amazing friends that they became friends with in college and had remained friends.  Finding each other and getting married, starting their journey as a new family and dying together in a rollover accident.  Both gone in an instant.

Another friend of theirs, a loving father and avid mountain biker riding one day on an easy mountain ride with a friend, was found down a slight embankment that should not have even posed a problem, yet he also has graduated through the veil.

Lastly and most close to my home was my little Bella.  She was actually my youngest daughters dog, but she became mine when Krista went to school and later married.

Bella was my little shadow, always seemed to be right where I needed to step, and right by my side or at my feet while sitting.    She was my alarm when anyone came to the door. Even if they didn't knock, she knew they were there.  When my kids came to the door to visit, there was a different bark.  She knew who was at the other side...she knew they were her people.

Bella was my gentle girl with my grandkids and the babies that I often watch.  She let them pull her tail, and rest their heads on her side...cleaning up after them when they missed their mouths while eating.  She waited outside my bathroom while I got ready in the mornings, accompanied me to the kitchen for a drink in the middle of the night.  She was at the garage door anytime I came home, and if she knew I was outside without her, she would bark and bark, and bark.....oh how I miss that little bark.

I miss her like I would miss one of my own children.   She was a light in my life and I have no one to hold me through the night and  tell me it is going to be alright.  Tears come at the most random of times, often the most awkward of times, and I just don't care.  They are my tears and they let me know how important connection is in this world.  How important it is to show how much we love those in our lives, how important it is to be kind and good and truly loving.

When it comes down to it, no one is safe, no one is immune to what is the graduation from this thing called life.  There is only one way out and we never know when that time will come.  On a bike, in a car, or simply three days after becoming ill.

I know my heart will heal as time passes, and I may even add a new little friend to my family, but for now my heart is broken.  When it comes down to it there is only one that can heal it, and I pray to him constantly.  Some days non stop...most days non stop.  My advice...never let an opportunity pass to say I love you, or give a hug, or a squeeze, or a belly scratch, or simply a loving smile.

Because if you blink....they just might be gone.

Ultimately the answer really is Love

I used to love going to amusement parks, and even the county fair.  I loved the rides, even the ones that spun me into endless circles leaving me dizzy from my head to my toes.  The teacup rides where I felt like I was in the proverbial spin cycle, the wheel in the center enabling me to make it spin faster and faster.  The roller coaster that seems to grow ever so much higher with each new version. Sitting near the front so I could see the drop as it reached the top plummeting me forward.  Propelling me upside down again and again, and then changing directions spinning me until I didn't know what way was up and what way was down.

The last couple years of my life have not always been pleasurable or even easy for that matter.  I would even go back as far as 2010.  Life just seemed to have taken too many turns, some turns feeling like that roller coaster ride at the amusement  park that turned me over and over and then sending me into a spin cycle.  Leaving me yearning for the ride to even out and finally slow to a stop so I could collect my belongings and maybe my stomach.

Some years are just like that...and then somehow it slows down letting you catch your breathe for just a few moments. The past two years have been like that, allowing me to do a little breathing and catching up perhaps.  Being married and then finding myself single after 31 years has indeed left me feeling like I have been in the spin cycle for quite a while.  I don't think there is anyone that hopes to find themselves in this situation, at least I didn't.

I have spent the last two years trying to find myself again, maybe even for the first time.  Through lots of soul searching, and looking inside and outside of myself, talking to different people, trying to see a perspective that may not have been my own at one time, diet, exercise, nutrition, prayer and lots of rest...I think I might finally be able to say I am finding myself again.

There are a few things I have learned....

1. People are really just trying for the most part to do the best that they can.  So many times we see others and we have a tendency to look at them through our own lens.  The one that we have had the ability to see with our entire life.  There is No Way that we can ever understand  what life looks like for them.  We cannot know even if we were with them, what their view was like.  Especially since so many of us don't even have an understanding of how we feel ourselves.

2. Everyone feels alone.  There are people that because of some chemical imbalance have no problem with this, but for the most part, everyone feels alone.  There is a reason for this though.  The very fact that we come down to this earth disconnected from heaven and from our families is because this life is a test of one.  You against you.  The people in our lives are there to support us on our journey home, not to make sure that we return there.  If that were the case it would be a very different scenario.

3. God loves you, and He loves me.  I know with all my heart that he loves every soul that has come to this earthly experience and he wants nothing more than to have all of us return to him.  This of course is dependent upon our choices and what we do with the agency that we have been given.  I also believe that like every loving parent out there, if we don't succeed in something He will give us another chance to do better.  This also is dependent upon whether or not we choose to learn from our mistakes and make better choices.

I was watching a movie with my grand daughters the other day...Boss Baby.  The last song of the movie really made me stop and think, because it really holds Truth in it's words.  It was this....

It got me thinking that truly, what the world needs now more than anything is more love.  Love for others, love for other countries, love for the planet, love of all mankind, love for ourselves, and especially love of God.

I no longer have a love of crazy rides, especially ones that turn me over and over and upside down.  I like more and more the straight and narrow path.  I like knowing what is ahead if possible, and if not, knowing that whatever comes I will be okay.  I like being with people that I love and that I know love me.  I especially like knowing that God loves me, regardless of my past, and is willing to give me  opportunities to grow and become a better person if I choose.   Because really it is all about Love.

He Loves you too....more than you can know

Drop by Drop We Fill Our Vessel

Life used to be easier, it used to be way less complicated.  When our parents and grandparents were living, things were much simpler.  Life has changed because of technology and blessings that we have been given in this day and age.  With the gifts that God has given our planet, it has also changed the way we have things available to us spiritually as well.

Scientists have made us aware of the fact that the atmosphere that surrounds this planet is changing.  We get warnings all the time to stay safe in the sun because the ozone layer is thinning.  Yes they would have us believe it is because we are all full of hot air and that we are destroying ourselves.  I have always had a difficult time accepting this fact.  Yes there is a significant number of people on this planet, but there is even a larger portion of unpopulated land mass.  It just didn’t make sense to me.

When changes that take place on the planet, there is no doubt that changes will take place with us as a human population.  Because that’s what we do…we evolve.  The way we are today is different, our innerness is changing.  There is more light that is currently making it’s way to the surface of the planet, and at the same time the knowledge that has been given to us is growing exponentially.

I was talking to Colton a while back on how different things are just in my life.  I remember watching tv and being so disappointed when one of the 3 stations that existed wasn’t working.  Today we have hundreds of stations that play non stop if you have satellite or cable tv.  Even if you don’t pay for a service, you have the ability to watch thousands of channels over your wi-fi connection with any smartphone that fits into the palm of your hand.  When I turn on my electronic obsession of choice, most of the channels go unused because they hold no interest for me.

I remember having a car that needed to be registered and at the time we were living in Seattle.  We wanted to register the car in Oregon and so one morning I got up,  showered and started my drive.  It was probably a 7 hour drive, and yes I managed to do it all without a cell phone, computer, smart watch, or an in car GPS.  I recall getting to the DMV and registering the car, calling home to let them know I was headed back and then doing just that.
A miracle in todays world.

Remember how people used to actually write letters?  You had to actually write or type on a piece of paper and put it in the mail.   Now we have the internet and anything that we want to communicate can be sent almost instantaneously.  In fact we are almost angry when things don’t happen at the speed of light.

There is a quickening in every sense that has and IS taking place.  Heavenly Father is bathing us in his light.  I have a theory that in fact the atmosphere is changing and physically allowing more light (Light of Christ) to reach us on this planet.  Because things are ramping up.  These are the last days that we are living in that have been spoken and written about for so very long.

You can FEEL it….I CAN FEEL IT.

In Lehi’s vision of the tree of life, Lehi talks about the Large spacious building, the rod and the tree among other things.  His view of the rod follows a path that leads us through life.  Hopefully one that we hold to for guidance.  I have a slightly different view of my rod.    My rod goes straight up…towards heaven.  Heaven is where my tree of life resides.

The real interesting part of his vision is the building.  We usually  view it as the world around us and society at large that is making fun of those that are striving to be better.  I have a different view on this as well.  Usually when we think of a well built building we envision a strong foundation.  One that will resist stress and damage caused from outside sources.  A good foundation goes deep and is built with the best materials that we have access to.

The building as I see it is each one of us.  The bottom floor is our foundation.  Our tribe are the people that we first come into being with.  They help us to define our foundation.  It is our family, our church, our teachers, our friends…the people that we spend the most time with.  We need this tribe of ours to teach us right from wrong.  How to treat others, and how to work.  We need them to give us our foot hold in life.

If you have ever been in a busy city with high rises, you know that the view from the bottom floor is not always a great one.  It can be messy with garbage that has been tossed as people go about their day.  It can be very noisy with traffic and people rushing to their own destinations.  It can be downright unpleasant.  As we make our way up the stairs of the building our view changes.  The noise is a little quieter, you can’t see the garbage as well, the air is a little cleaner and you can breathe easier.

Go all the way up to the penthouse and the view is vastly different, perhaps even feeling like a different world.  Up on the top floor  the noise from the street doesn’t even find it’s way up.  There is no garbage because it is too far below to even come into view.  The air is so fresh that you open the windows and leave them open, something that would not happen on the bottom floor.  Leaving the windows open on the bottom floor leaves you vulnerable. On the top floor the sky is alive with stars.  Stars that were not even a thought on the bottom floor because of the streetlights blocking their light.

Moving from the bottom floor up is not always an easy thing to do.  The people that live with you on that bottom floor don’t want you to move.  They want you to stay with them.  Change is hard, and most people don’t like change.  When you decide to move up a level or two, they might try to talk you out of it or make you feel guilty, or try to hold you back.

When you get to even the middle floor and tell them how beautiful the view is, that there are mountains, and maybe a lake or even the ocean they may not believe you because to them it does not exist.  When you get to the top and tell them of all the stars, and that you sleep outside under them they will call you crazy, because they would never think of doing such a thing.

In the story of the Tower of Babel – their climb was external as they attempted to climb up to heaven. This is not the kind of climb that we want to make,  It is all by show and forcing our way into heaven. Our climb is different, though just as difficult because it is an inner climb.  Our climb cannot be seen by the outer world unless we allow others to see it, or they see the actions we are taking in order to accomplish our transition.

In the Story of the Ten Virgins we know that there were 10 women waiting to go into the wedding.  When the time came, 5 found that they did not have enough oil in their lamps to join the wedding party and went to search for more.  By the time they were able to obtain more oil the doors were closed and they could not attend. Each and every one of us has our own lamp that must be filled with our own oil.  At this time in our lives, what is the “oil” that fills our lamps?

In girls camp one year, the leaders presented each girl with a small jar.  They were instructed to keep this jar with them at all times.  Each time they attended something they were given a small drop of oil.  Each time they were present for flag ceremony, each time they attended prayer, each time they were at one of the classes or going on a hike, they got a small drop of oil.  They were only there for a few short days, but the girls that were doing what they were asked to do ended up with a much larger amount of oil than some of the girls that decided to sleep in or not help with the meals.

It is by the small and simple acts that we choose to do each day that will enable us to move higher in each of our buildings.  In so doing we also put drops of oil into our lamps so that when the time comes we will not be left in the dark.  So really….as in the story, we can’t borrow oil from others.  It is an action that each of us little by little, every hour of every day, must do of our own accord.

What do some of those acts look like?  Well for one prayer.  It doesn’t really matter   what you call the one that you pray to, as long as you do it.  Give thanks to your source for all that you have been given.  Acknowledge everything in your life, the good as well as the not so good.  It is in the not so good that the growth occurs and this is where our strength comes from.  Little acts of service are also on the list.  Anything from making the bed for another, washing the dishes, giving someone a lift home, picking up a hitch hiker, raking leaves, shoveling a driveway, and just sharing a smile with someone that is down.  Keeping the promises that you have made with others is huge in my book…this one has many layers.  The list is really endless.

One really important thing to remember, is to not get stuck on the lower levels.  This world can be a challenge to the best of us.  Each day is an opportunity to be just a little bit better.  There are many things in life that are not inherently wrong, but if we get stuck in them and don’t climb then what is the use?  In this world we need jobs.  That is just a fact.  Yet if that is what we concentrate on and make it our only focus, we may always remain on the lower floors.  Yes we might have the biggest house on the block, and die with the most toys, but in the end all you have is toys and those don't go with you.  Even hobbies such as exercising, and playing a sport can turn into addictions and keep us from taking the steps to where the fresh air is.

Personally, I don’t want to live on the bottom floor.  When you decide to move up a level, it’s going to make others uncomfortable because they will feel like they should be moving even if they don’t want to move…and that’s ok. We need to remember that there will be times when we are meant to move up to those upper floors alone.  Many times we are asked to take steps that take us away from others.  We are meant to move on our own time and at our own pace.  So if you feel the need or desire to climb those stairs, just remember that you are never alone. There are always others there helping us along our journey as we take those difficult painful stairs...even if we can't see them.  Hopefully others will see us climbing the stairs to the new level and at least want to come up and see how the view is.  Often times this will help encourage people to want to change because they see the higher view.

The energies on the planet are changing, and with that our view is changing.   The real question is, does the energy make you feel curious enough to see what is on the upper floor, or are you just going to stay in the noise and pollution?

Come with me up to the penthouse…I hear the view is amazing

_____________

If I could give a gift to you
It would be a gift of light
sent with God’s eternal love
to show you with perfect sight

how wondrous is his love for you
for each of us on earth
he sent us here to learn his plan
to learn of our royal birth

His light shines down upon us all
bathed in eternal love
if we but look then we will find
the wonders from above

It shines from every living thing
even from the grains of sand
scattered as a billion stars
as we journey here as mortal man
