I really enjoy listening to podcasts, talks, webinars...I am finding I am very auditory in my learning. What has become clear to me is that while doing this, I reach a different brain wave level that makes retention, and learning easier for me. If we look at the world as a whole, it is made on a 3D level, which in my mind is the see, hear, touch, taste, feel world. It is very "Physical" in nature. We also know that everything is held together by energy, is made up of energy, and puts off a certain energetic vibration. It is the vibration that an item resonates at that determines it's shape. A super low vibrational item might be steel, iron, rocks...they are all very solid because vibrationally they are very slow moving and so the particles really stick together. On the other hand we have water, air, wind, that are more fluid allowing them more movement since energetically they are more vibrationally fluid. The same can be said for emotions. Fear, hate, envy, anger, are all very low vibrationally causing us to energetically slow our vibration down often causing anxiety, discomfort and disease. While on the other hand if we take Love, Joy, kindness, empathy, and serving others these are high vibrational states and can bring about positive changes and raising the vibration of not only ourselves but the energetic vibrations of others around us, and even bringing health back to the body. Even though we live in a 3D world, by our actions and what we eat and if we meditate and slow our minds, this allows our energy to begin to vibrate at a much higher level. Even though we live in a 3D world we hear of people that have visions, see those on the other side of what we call the veil, have angelic messengers...is this because they are vibrationally attuned to a frequency other than the 3D? I would say absolutely yes. I think this life is not necessarily a dream state, but we vibrationally are on a planet that cannot vibrate consistently enough to keep us in a 5D + state of being. When we dream our bodies slow down enough, and depending on what we put into it from food and water to drugs and medications, we have the opportunity to "VIBRATE" out of the 3D world into higher vibrational worlds...or pierce the veil as it were. Because that is what we are doing. Our goal is to raise our vibration so that we can receive the messages given on a higher frequency. Just like and old GPS system, or an old TV, if they don't work with the new frequencies that information is being broadcast on it will appear that they don't work. Well they work just at a lower vibration. We are in the process of being upgraded physically, and spiritually, but like with everything else, if we don't take the opportunity to accept the upgrade, we won't be able to tune into what is being sent. Just like my learning through my auditory frequencies, we are being infused with vibration on multiple levels every second of every day. What frequency (ies) are you tuned into? Are you strictly AM or have you gone Satellite?
It is so much simpler giving advice to others that it is to listen to advice from others. So much easier to see what is, looking at another's situation that looking at our own. Advice I would give to another, but would never assume to allow myself to see the value of. There have had many tragedies in the lives of my kids and myself lately with accidents and losing those they love. My oldest daughter and her husband had some amazing friends that they became friends with in college and had remained friends. Finding each other and getting married, starting their journey as a new family and dying together in a rollover accident. Both gone in an instant.
Another friend of theirs, a loving father and avid mountain biker riding one day on an easy mountain ride with a friend, was found down a slight embankment that should not have even posed a problem, yet he also has graduated through the veil.
Lastly and most close to my home was my little Bella. She was actually my youngest daughters dog, but she became mine when Krista went to school and later married. Bella was my little shadow, always seemed to be right where I needed to step, and right by my side or at my feet while sitting. She was my alarm when anyone came to the door. Even if they didn't knock, she knew they were there. When my kids came to the door to visit, there was a different bark. She knew who was at the other side...she knew they were her people.
Bella was my gentle girl with my grandkids and the babies that I often watch. She let them pull her tail, and rest their heads on her side...cleaning up after them when they missed their mouths while eating. She waited outside my bathroom while I got ready in the mornings, accompanied me to the kitchen for a drink in the middle of the night. She was at the garage door anytime I came home, and if she knew I was outside without her, she would bark and bark, and bark.....oh how I miss that little bark.
I miss her like I would miss one of my own children. She was a light in my life and I have no one to hold me through the night and tell me it is going to be alright. Tears come at the most random of times, often the most awkward of times, and I just don't care. They are my tears and they let me know how important connection is in this world. How important it is to show how much we love those in our lives, how important it is to be kind and good and truly loving. When it comes down to it, no one is safe, no one is immune to what is the graduation from this thing called life. There is only one way out and we never know when that time will come. On a bike, in a car, or simply three days after becoming ill.
I know my heart will heal as time passes, and I may even add a new little friend to my family, but for now my heart is broken. When it comes down to it there is only one that can heal it, and I pray to him constantly. Some days non stop...most days non stop. My advice...never let an opportunity pass to say I love you, or give a hug, or a squeeze, or a belly scratch, or simply a loving smile.
Because if you blink....they just might be gone.
I used to love going to amusement parks, and even the county fair. I loved the rides, even the ones that spun me into endless circles leaving me dizzy from my head to my toes. The teacup rides where I felt like I was in the proverbial spin cycle, the wheel in the center enabling me to make it spin faster and faster. The roller coaster that seems to grow ever so much higher with each new version. Sitting near the front so I could see the drop as it reached the top plummeting me forward. Propelling me upside down again and again, and then changing directions spinning me until I didn't know what way was up and what way was down.
The last couple years of my life have not always been pleasurable or even easy for that matter. I would even go back as far as 2010. Life just seemed to have taken too many turns, some turns feeling like that roller coaster ride at the amusement park that turned me over and over and then sending me into a spin cycle. Leaving me yearning for the ride to even out and finally slow to a stop so I could collect my belongings and maybe my stomach.
Some years are just like that...and then somehow it slows down letting you catch your breathe for just a few moments. The past two years have been like that, allowing me to do a little breathing and catching up perhaps. Being married and then finding myself single after 31 years has indeed left me feeling like I have been in the spin cycle for quite a while. I don't think there is anyone that hopes to find themselves in this situation, at least I didn't.
I have spent the last two years trying to find myself again, maybe even for the first time. Through lots of soul searching, and looking inside and outside of myself, talking to different people, trying to see a perspective that may not have been my own at one time, diet, exercise, nutrition, prayer and lots of rest...I think I might finally be able to say I am finding myself again.
There are a few things I have learned....
1. People are really just trying for the most part to do the best that they can. So many times we see others and we have a tendency to look at them through our own lens. The one that we have had the ability to see with our entire life. There is No Way that we can ever understand what life looks like for them. We cannot know even if we were with them, what their view was like. Especially since so many of us don't even have an understanding of how we feel ourselves.
2. Everyone feels alone. There are people that because of some chemical imbalance have no problem with this, but for the most part, everyone feels alone. There is a reason for this though. The very fact that we come down to this earth disconnected from heaven and from our families is because this life is a test of one. You against you. The people in our lives are there to support us on our journey home, not to make sure that we return there. If that were the case it would be a very different scenario.
3. God loves you, and He loves me. I know with all my heart that he loves every soul that has come to this earthly experience and he wants nothing more than to have all of us return to him. This of course is dependent upon our choices and what we do with the agency that we have been given. I also believe that like every loving parent out there, if we don't succeed in something He will give us another chance to do better. This also is dependent upon whether or not we choose to learn from our mistakes and make better choices.
I was watching a movie with my grand daughters the other day...Boss Baby. The last song of the movie really made me stop and think, because it really holds Truth in it's words. It was this....
It got me thinking that truly, what the world needs now more than anything is more love. Love for others, love for other countries, love for the planet, love of all mankind, love for ourselves, and especially love of God.
I no longer have a love of crazy rides, especially ones that turn me over and over and upside down. I like more and more the straight and narrow path. I like knowing what is ahead if possible, and if not, knowing that whatever comes I will be okay. I like being with people that I love and that I know love me. I especially like knowing that God loves me, regardless of my past, and is willing to give me opportunities to grow and become a better person if I choose. Because really it is all about Love.
